Classroom Seminar and Tour: NATURAL AREAS RESTORATION FOR HOA COMMON SPACE

WHEN: Thursday, October 4th at 9:00am-11:00am

WHAT: A two hour session that includes a tour of a detention basin for community association managers and HOA Board members.

Each attendee will learn:

  • Terminology and common challenges for Community Association Managers, HOAs and common spaces
  • The benefits of a good restoration
  • How to ensure a good end product
  • What good and bad restoration looks like

Two CAMICB credits will be provided. 

This session will include coffee and breakfast items and a tour of the nearby basin (within walking distance of classroom).

This course is approved by the Community Association Managers International Certification Board (CAMICB) to fulfill continuing education requirements for the CMCA® certification. www.camicb.org.
